Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Mission of Love, Inc. for the acquisition, repair, renovation, and expansion of buildings to be used as facilities for storing goods to be distributed to the poor and for other associated activities of the Mission of Love, Inc. located in Capitol Heights in Prince George's County; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the bonds or matching funds for sectarian religious purposes.
