University of Maryland System - Sale of Great Oaks Center - Disposition of Proceeds

Synopsis:

Directing that $1,200,000 of the proceeds from the sale of the Great Oaks Center be deposited into the endowment of the University of Maryland System and used by the University of Maryland System for support of the turfgrass research program at University of Maryland College Park; and directing that turf farm proceeds in excess of this amount be used for the creating of an experimental turf farm facility and associated improvements.
