Synopsis:

Requiring the State Ethics Commission to provide a training course on the requirements of the Public Ethics Law to certain individuals; requiring certain individuals to complete the course within 6 months of filling the vacancy or position being identified as a public official position; providing an exemption; and renumbering a certain subsection.
