Synopsis:

Establishing the Automated External Defibrillator Program to be administered by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Board; requiring facilities to have a certificate before making automated external defibrillation available; creating specified exceptions; defining terms; requiring an individual to have training and authorization before the individual may provide automated external defibrillation; authorizing the EMS Board to adopt specified regulations; authorizing the EMS Board to set specified fees; etc.
