Authorizing the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to issue a special theater (on-sale) beer and wine license for use in specified premises; establishing the conditions and times for sale under the license; establishing an annual fee of $100 for the license; prohibiting the transfer of the license to another location; and defining specified terms.
