Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment to make publicly available on the Internet by January 1, 2000 and each year thereafter validated ambient air monitoring data for the two most recent calendar years for which data are available; allowing the data to be presented in summary form; and defining ambient air monitoring data.
