Synopsis:

Establishing that the members of the Harford County Liquor Control Board are subject to provisions of law regarding financial disclosure, conflicts of interest, and lobbying activities; establishing that employees of the Liquor Control Board are subject to provisions of law regarding conflicts of interest and lobbying activities; and requiring members of the Liquor Control Board to provide certain disclosure.
