Baltimore City - Board of License Commissioners - Deputy Executive Secretary - Residency

Synopsis:

Clarifying that the provisions of Chapter 618 of the Laws of Maryland of 1997 relating to the residency requirement for the deputy executive secretary of the Baltimore City Board of License Commissioners were not intended to apply in a retroactive manner; and making the Act an emergency measure.
