Family Law - Denial of Custody or Visitation - First Degree Murder

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a court, unless good cause is shown by clear and convincing evidence, from awarding custody of a child or visitation with a child to a parent who has been found guilty of first degree murder of the other parent of the child, another child of the parent, or any individual who resides in the household of the parent, except under specified circumstances; and authorizing a court to approve a supervised visitation arrangement under specified circumstances.
