Drunk Driving - Ignition Interlock System Program Participants - License Suspension Modifications

Synopsis:

Authorizing the MVA to modify a suspension or issue a restrictive license to a licensee convicted of certain alcohol-related offenses if the licensee participates in the Ignition Interlock System Program and is required to drive in the course of employment or the licensee needs the license to attend an alcoholic prevention or treatment program or to travel to or from the licensee's place of employment.
