Synopsis:

Providing for school operating support grants from the State to county boards of education for fiscal years 2000, 2001, and 2002, based on a specified formula and subject to specified local funding requirements; providing for additional grants from the State to specified county boards of education for specified fiscal years; terminating the Act after June 30, 2002; etc.
