Family Law - Child and Spousal Support - Interest on Arrearages
Authorizing a court to order an obligor who fails to comply with an
order requiring the payment of child or spousal support to pay
interest on the arrearage; and requiring a court to calculate the
interest from the date on which the payment of support became due and
at a rate equal to the legal rate of interest on judgments.
