Synopsis:

Requiring health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for an annual chlamydia screening test for certain persons under certain circumstances; authorizing health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to impose cost-sharing requirements under certain circumstances; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
