Entitled:
Veterinary Practice Act - Practice of Veterinary Medicine

Synopsis:

Requiring all out-of-state veterinarians who practice in the State to register annually with the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners regardless of whether they have an office in the State; and providing that the definition of "practice of veterinary medicine" does not include or apply to a veterinarian licensed in another jurisdiction while consulting with a veterinary practitioner in this State.
