Vehicle Laws - School Buses - Pick Up and Discharge of Passengers

Synopsis:

Requiring the driver of a school vehicle to stop on the roadway to receive passengers when transporting them to school or discharge passengers when transporting them from school, unless a loading zone is available; redefining "loading zone"; and modifying provisions relating to school vehicles and alternately flashing lights.
