Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual from assuming a person's identity with the intent to fraudulently obtain credit, money, goods, or services, fraudulently avoid the payment of debt or other legal obligation, or avoid prosecution for a crime; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; etc.
