Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Calvert County

Synopsis:

Prohibiting in Calvert County certain components of the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP), including mandatory dynamometer testing, if the County is reclassified as being in attainment of national ambient air quality standards and if a certain air quality maintenance plan receives EPA approval; authorizing the MVA to offer an incentive program in Calvert County to encourage voluntary submission to dynamometer testing; requiring certain reports relating to Calvert County's VEIP status; etc.
