Explosives - Forfeiture of Vehicle, Vessel, or Aircraft

Synopsis:

Adding the State as one of the governmental bodies eligible to receive vehicles forfeited for a violation of Article 38A, { 34A or { 34B; clarifying the jurisdiction to which a court must order forfeiture; allowing the Secretary of the State Police to dispose of specified forfeited property in a specified manner; and providing for the deposit of specified cash or money in the State General Fund.
