Crimes - Drug-Induced Conduct

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from administering a controlled dangerous substance or other drug to another without that person's knowledge and with the intent to commit a specified crime of violence or a specified sexual offense against that person; establishing penalties; defining a specified term; and establishing that a sentence imposed under the Act may be imposed separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with a sentence for any offense based on the act or acts establishing the violation of the Act.
