Horse Racing - Allocation of Money - Purse Enhancement and Marketing

Synopsis:

Establishing a Special Purse and Bred Fund; requiring up to $5 million in budgeted funds for fiscal year 2000 and $5 million in State lottery revenues be used to increase purses at racetracks, supplement existing bred funds, and other specified purposes; establishing a specified formula for payments to purses and bred funds; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
