Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages - Board of License Commissioners - Appeals

Synopsis:

Establishing in Baltimore County that specified persons and owners of businesses located in the election district in which the licensed premises are located or proposed to be located may appeal to the Circuit Court for Baltimore County a final decision of the Board of License Commissioners; and excluding Baltimore County from among the counties in which a party must pay all costs incident to the local licensing board hearing before making an appeal to the Circuit Court.
