Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to refuse to license for not less than 2 years an individual who has been convicted of Article 27, { 388 ("Manslaughter by automobile, vessel, etc.") or { 388A ("Homicide by motor vehicle or vessel while intoxicated") of the Code; requiring that the 2-year refusal period start after an individual has served any prison sentence arising from the conviction; etc.
