Synopsis:

Requiring in Calvert County the Board of License Commissioners to obtain the criminal history and fingerprints of new alcoholic beverages license applicants and applicants for a license transfer; establishing a $250 fee for new applicants and applicants for a license transfer; altering the annual time period in which an applicant must file for a license renewal to between April 1 and May 1, inclusive; establishing a $50 late fine per day and a $500 maximum total late fine for license renewals; etc.
