Financial Institutions - Automated Teller Machines - Surcharges

Synopsis:

Prohibiting financial institutions from assessing a surcharge against an individual who conducts a transaction at an automated teller machine if the transaction does not relate to or affect an account held by the individual with the financial institution that owns or operates the automated teller machine.
