Anne Arundel County -- Task Force on Multiple Alcoholic Beverages Licensing

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Multiple Alcoholic Beverages Licensing in Anne Arundel County; providing for the membership, chairman, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study how independent restaurant operators and franchises can be provided with the same opportunity to hold an interest in more than one alcoholic beverages license in the County; requiring the Task Force to issue a report and proposed legislation on or before December 31, 1999; and providing that the Act terminate at the end of December 31, 1999.
