Dorchester County Hotel Rental Tax

Synopsis:

Increasing from 4% to 5% the maximum tax rate that Dorchester County may set for the hotel rental tax; and requiring Dorchester County to distribute 80% of the hotel rental tax revenue attributable to a hotel located in a municipal corporation to the municipal corporation.
