Synopsis:

Altering the power of a corporation to make gifts or contributions; allowing a corporation to issue stock or other securities without consideration of any kind under specified circumstances; allowing specified amendments to be made to the charter of a corporation or to the declaration of trust of a real estate investment trust without stockholder or shareholder approval; allowing a corporation to consolidate with and merge into a corporation or business trust organized under the laws of a foreign country; etc.
