Synopsis:

Altering the jurisdiction of the Human Relations Commission to include certain employers with 1 or more employees; clarifying that specified documents shall be certified to the general counsel; specifying that an administrative law judge, rather than hearing examiner, shall hear specified cases; expanding relief to include compensatory damages for an individual, subject to specified limitations; etc.
