Driver's License Suspension and Revocation - Notification to Local Law Enforcement Agencies

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, upon the request of a local law enforcement agency, to provide the local law enforcement agency with the name and address of each individual who is a resident of the jurisdiction served by the local law enforcement agency and whose driver's license, at the time of the report, is suspended or revoked under any section of the Transportation Article.
