Allegany County - Alcoholic Beverages - Disposition of License Fees

Synopsis:

Requiring in Allegany County the Director of Finance to credit to the County 5 percent of the license fees received for licenses that are issued to a place of business located in a municipal corporation; and requiring in Allegany County the Director of Finance to pay 50 percent of the remaining license fees received for these licenses to the respective municipal corporation.
