Estates and Trusts - Petition for Guardianship of Disabled Person - Certificates of Competency

Synopsis:

Requiring a petitioner for guardianship of a disabled person to submit with the petition a combination of certificates of competency from a licensed physician and a licensed psychologist or certificates from two licensed physicians; requiring that at least one examination or evaluation by a health care professional who signs and verifies a certificate of competency occur within 21 days before filing the petition; etc.
