Synopsis:

Authorizing employers to obtain a copy of the results of a criminal background record check for passenger-for-hire licensees from the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository in the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services; providing for procedures for applying for a copy of a criminal background record check; and requiring payment of fees to obtain a copy of a criminal background record check.
