Exempting transportation services provided through specified agencies for clients of specified support services from requirements of for-hire driving services; requiring criminal history records checks to be requested through the Criminal Justice Information System for specified purposes; providing specified procedures for applying for, issuing, and challenging a specified criminal history records check; etc.
