Synopsis:

Expanding the requirements for the distribution of specimen ballots in Prince George's County; requiring the Prince George's County Board of Supervisors of Elections to mail a specimen ballot to the household of each registered voter in the County before an election; and requiring the Prince George's County Council to provide a budget allocation for the cost of mailing specimen ballots for a primary election.
