Synopsis:

Requiring that specified vacancies in the General Assembly be filled by special elections that coincide with specified Congressional elections; requiring special elections for vacancies that occur in the office of Senator or Delegate for a district lying wholly within Prince George's County and before a specified deadline for filing a certificate of candidacy for the election of representatives to Congress held in the 2nd year of the term for members of the General Assembly; establishing specified procedures; etc.
