Prince George's County - Property Tax Credit - Owner-Occupants of Town Houses PG 411-99

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to grant, by law, a property tax credit for real property that includes a town house that is one of three or more attached dwelling units in a row having access from the front and rear, is occupied by the individual who owns the town house, and was purchased by the individual occupant on or after October 1, 1999.
