Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $4,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County, for the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, construction, and capital equipping of Brooklyn Park Middle School and Community Center, the Community Center to be a shared use facility that will house a police headquarters, a creative arts auditorium, recreational facilities, and space for community organizations.
