Synopsis:

Prohibiting in Montgomery County an alcoholic beverages licensee from operating a drive-through facility where alcoholic beverages are sold at retail, offered for sale, or dispensed through a window or door to a purchaser in or on a motor vehicle for off-premises consumption; and providing for the application of the Act.
