Montgomery County - Transfer of Rights-of-Way for Highway Construction - Prohibition MC 910-99

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the State from selling or otherwise transferring to Montgomery County, a private developer, a government agency, or any other person for highway construction projects, any portion of the Rockville Facility right-of-way between Veirs Mill Road and an area a certain distance east of Parklawn Drive, or any portion of the right-of-way on the south side of Montrose Road bordering the Old Farm and Tilden Woods subdivisions; providing that this prohibition does not prohibit construction of improvements to existing highways; etc.
