Fisheries Management - Limited Entry to the Commercial Fishery - Tidal Fish Licenses

Synopsis:

Adding specified criteria under which the Department of Natural Resources may modify a specified target number of fishing license authorizations; altering the method that the Department is required to use to set the targets for the number of tidal fish license authorizations to be issued; repealing the termination date of specified provisions relating to applicants for tidal fish license apprenticeship permits; and extending the date from which the Department may make a specified license conversion.
