Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation - Easements

Synopsis:

Allowing each county governing body to rank applications to sell agricultural land easements based on specified locally established priorities; requiring the county agricultural preservation advisory board to recommend for ranking any application that qualifies and meets the priorities; and requiring the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation to rank applications and to submit offers to buy easements based on priorities.
