Synopsis:

Establishing a program of tuition assistance to specified individuals who are employees or agree to work as employees of community-based programs serving individuals with specified disabilities; authorizing the Maryland Higher Education Commission to adopt specified regulations; authorizing the use of tuition assistance for specified expenses; authorizing the amount and duration of tuition assistance; etc.
