Funeral Homes - Issuance of Corporation Licenses

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Morticians to issue a corporation license to a funeral home that was located in a cemetery, in existence before 1950, previously under a corporation license, destroyed by fire or other natural causes, and later rebuilt on the grounds of the same cemetery; prohibiting such a license from being transferred or sold independently of the funeral home; and requiring that such a license be subject to certain renewal provisions.
