Authorizing the Governor to enter into the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact; providing for the purposes of the Compact; providing for procedures for states issuing citations for wildlife violations to persons residing in participating states; providing for procedures for home states of residents receiving wildlife citations from participating states; providing for the reciprocal recognition of suspension of specified privileges by participating states under specified circumstances; etc.
