Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and members and members-elect of the General Assembly, and their political committees, to report by a specified date after the convening of the annual regular Session of the General Assembly contributions received and expenditures made during a specified period prior to the Session; altering the period encompassed by a 4-year election cycle; and providing for a delayed effective date.
