Synopsis:

Altering the length of time an individual who leaves employment without good cause is disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits; repealing disqualification provisions concerning "gross misconduct" and "aggravated misconduct"; altering the length of time an individual who fails to seek work or refuses suitable work is disqualified; repealing punitive disqualifications that are based on an individual earning a certain amount over the benefit that individual is qualified to receive; etc.
