Time-Shares - Sale of Foreclosed Time-Shares by Associations

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of developer under the Maryland Real Estate Time-Sharing Act to specifically exclude an association that resells time-shares acquired by the association through foreclosure of a lien for nonpayment of specified assessments and charges or by deed in lieu of foreclosure from time-share owners who are delinquent in payment of specified assessments and charges; and requiring associations reselling time-shares to provide purchasers with a certificate disclosing specified information.
