Requiring, with specified exceptions, that all juvenile court proceedings be conducted with the general public excluded; requiring that proceedings be conducted in open court if they are in cases involving certain violent acts that would be considered felonies if committed by an adult and in specified cases involving children of at least 16 years of age; etc.
