Synopsis:

Requiring that only the items mentioned specifically in any subpoena issued by the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners maybe removed from the person who is named in the subpoena; specifying that any decisions made by the Board are based on the Board record and not any outside information; requiring the members of the Board to recuse themselves from certain investigations and proceedings; requiring the Attorney General and the State Ethics Commission to develop a Code of Conduct and to report to the General Assembly by a certain date; etc.
