Entitled:
State Aid for Police Protection - Municipal Sworn Officer Allocation

Synopsis:

Altering the calculation of a certain payment by the State each fiscal year to certain municipalities based on the number of sworn police officers employed by the municipality; and declaring that it is the intent of the General Assembly that the increased municipal sworn officer allocation be included in the Governor's budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 1999.
